We are so happy to receive this award from Kirklees Council, in recognition of our hardwork during the pandemic.
Whilst trying to keep our services going, we ensured Elders in the community recieved a hot delicious meal, made sure our service users didn't always feel lonely.
We phoned! We zoomed! We put the PPE on and made those essential home visits.
We kept going!
